Busan Foundation for International Activities(BFIA) and Pusan University of Foreign Studies(PUFS) is holding the 2nd Korean Essay Contest for Foreign in order to promote understanding of Hangeul and motivate expatriates who study Korean language. We look forward to your participation in this event.

The 2nd Korean Essay Contest

1. Overview

 Date & Time : Oct. 9, 10:00a.m - 2:00p.m

 Venue : Auditorium 2 at Pusan University of Foreign Studies

 Contest Divisions : Essay & Poetry

 Qualification

● All foreign nationals who have residing in Busan.

● International Students who currently enrolled in college around Busan.

● All students who currently enrolled in international schools in Busan

 Topic will be announced on the contest day.

2. Awards

 First Place   (2 winners): a certificate and ￦700,000

 Second Place (2 winners): a certificate and ￦400,000

 Third Place   (2 winners): a certificate and ￦300,000

 Special Award  (2 winners): a certificate and ￦100,000

3. Application

   Period : Sep. 15 ~ Sep. 30
