Among current pending issues, Busan has set 22 long-term business, like formation of Dongbu mountain leisure complex, constructing new airport in the southeastern area, constructing Busan Image-center, needed more than 3 year construction time and more than 10 million won, to the wholly managed business.

Also, Busan said that the wholly responsible business will be continually managed and promoted by project managers elected by department, bureau, or head quarter.
