The Agricultural Technology Center of Busan Metropolitan City will hold the Busan Spring Greens Festival from March 27 until 29 at Bexco, Haeundae. The festival has evolved into a Busan Agricultural Products Festival for both farmers and city folk, by combining festivities celebrating farmers, local agricultural products, rural culture and citizen participation.
In particular, events will include cutting a 5 meter long Ssuk-tteok, cooking Bibimbap with spring vegetables for 500 people, and enjoying tomato salads.
In addition, a variety of experimental events, such as cooking Korean pancakes, called Pajeon, experiencing folk plays and taking pictures with spring flowers all promise to be enjoyable ones.
