The Official Poster of 14th Pusan International Film Festival is Finalized

14th Pusan International Film Festival unveils this year’s official poster. The poster is based on the one of the greatest abstract artists in Korea, JEONG Jeum-Sik’s painting ‘Song of Night’ and designed by PIFF Art director, CHOI Soondae.

 

‘Song of Night’ is an abstract art painting that scratch and calligraphic techniques were used. It is appraised for its flowing thin lines, strong brush strokes, and a vivid contrast of black and white. The painting matches with the passion and amusement of Pusan International Film Festival. And this year’s poster represents the festival’s identity and its direction to the future.
