The Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority, with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority and the Korea Land Corporation, will participate in MIPIM 2007, which will be held until March 16, and conduct investment inducement activities on real estate developers and investors.

According to the authority, MIPIM is the world's largest real estate exhibition participated by more than 20,000 people, 2,300 companies from 74 countries.

The participants exchange information on tourism, leisure and real estate development industries, and through MIPIM, exhibitors advertize investment opportunities and investors can view investment items in relatively short time.

The authority will introduce the major investment opportunties in the free economic zone through the joint exhibition booth with the other Korean participants and presentation on development projects and give investment consulting to investors.

In addition, at MIPIM, it plans to focus mainly on the Myeongji international city and the tourism and leisure complex in Undong District.
