Busan City has launched the city design improvement project, which will transform concrete retaining walls on the sides of main streets in downtown areas into beautiful artwork from this year. The picture below shows the blueprint for the giant retaining wall at Gaya-ro, Busanjin-gu District which will be transformed in October 2009.
