The Busan Foundation for International Activities has begun offering free Internet international calls for foreigners.

Foreign visitors to Busan Foundation may use the service by placing an international call on the foundation's Internet phone on the first floor. 

To use the international phone, foreigners need to register in a guest book.  Talk time is limited to 15 minutes at maximum.  In addition to the phone, the center also provides Internet service and a wide range of books.
