Busan has been reborn as a ‘movie city’ where films are shot and edited on one stop.

Busan City and Busan Film Commission will open the Busan image post-production facility at the Centum City in Haeundae-gu District on February 24.

The four-story building with floor space of 8,236 square meters houses equipment with which post-production activities are made such as digital grading computer-graphic, restoration of moving images and editing.

The equipment of recording and sound-related devices will be introduced by 2011. The facility will be in charge of by AZ Works and is a corporation invested jointly by Busan City and Hollywood Film Record Co.
