Foreign residents in Busan, who have had difficulties in getting information on renting real properties due to communication problems, will likely find some relief from now on.

 

The city is providing guides on real estate agents where foreign language services are available for expatriates. As of January, there are three such realtors, each located in Haeundae, Geoje-dong and Jeonpo 1-dong. (Table).

 

These real estate agencies provide information on various realtor business practices here, including those related with housing rentals such as the advanced payment of monthly fees.
