Emergency call service for foreigners now available

The Busan Fire Department is now operating the "Help me 119 Call System" for foreigners who need emergency assistance.
The system automatically connects to the interpretation system when foreigners call 119 in case of emergency and guides them on how to deal with the situation. This eliminates the language barrier.
The three-way communication system between foreigner-119-interpreter --Korean Before Babel Brigade Volunteer Service for Translation-- allows Korea-residing foreigners to call whenever they need help in an emergency.
