Busan City announced that a telephone counseling service for foreigners will commence on October 1 at the city’s 120 Baro Call Center, by integrating the counseling service for foreigners offered by the Busan Foundation for International Activities (BFIA) (tel. 1577-7716) into the 120 Baro Call Center.
Foreign
residents of Busan and overseas visitors can make inquiries or receive
counseling on a variety of issues including life and tourism in Busan by
dialing 120 to connect with the 120 Baro Call Center. The service is available
from 9 AM to 6 PM weekdays in six languages: English, Chinese, Vietnamese,
Indonesian, Russian and Uzbek.
Foreigners
can access the service by dialing 120 and then pressing 9. To select a
language, press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese, 3 for Vietnamese, 4 for
Indonesian, 5 for Russian or 6 for Uzbek.
