To celebrate Chuseok, one of the Korea’s largest and most widely celebrated holidays, the ‘Big Roof’ of the Busan Cinema Center will be lit up with the full moon from 6:30-7:30 PM on September 25-27.
The moving LED images of fall scenery with ripe persimmons and foliage, the rising full moon and the rabbit on the moon will be played across the roof.
The Busan Cinema Center’s ‘Big Roof’ is the longest cantilever roof in the world and is certified by Guinness World Records (1.5 times larger than a soccer field).
This event is hosted and organized by the Busan Cinema Center and the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency. The special LED shows are scheduled to be displayed during national holidays, New Year’s holidays, Christmas and during other special occasions.
