■ Mandatory Alternate Day(Odd-Even Day) Vehicle Rotation Enforced during the APEC Period (☏ 888-5870-4)
○ Period : Nov.12 - 19. 2005, 07:00-22:00, the Busan area (excluding Gangseo-gu, Gijang-gun)
○ Application : If your license plate ends with an even number, you are not allowed to drive on even days, and the same applies to an odd number. (The rule is applied to all private passenger cars with 10 seats and less registered in Busan)

 

■ Access Restrictions during the APEC Period (☏ 852-5813 Police, 888-3364 City Hall)

  * Olympic Intersection ↔ Olympic Park, Dongbaek Intersection ↔Dongbaek Circular Road

  * APEC Exclusive Roads ▷ Home Plus (Exclusive Lane) ↔ Unchon Three-way Junction(Exclusive Lane) ↔ Dongbaek Intersection (all lanes) ↔ Dongseonjang (all lanes)

 

Restrictions on 1.5 ton and above capacity Freight Vehicles
* Jaesongdong Three-way Junction → Olympic Intersection → Seungdang Three-way Junction → Unchon Three-way Junction → Dongbaek Four-way Junction → Dongbaek Island → Paradise Section (4.8km)
* Suyeong Bridge 1 → Olympic Park → Suyeong Bridge 2 → Yachting Center → Haeundae Fire Station → Dongbaek Intersection Section (2.3km)

○ The Venue for the Leaders' Meeting I (BEXCO)
* Access is restricted between Nov.5 and 19, 2005
 The surrounding roads are restricted on Nov. 18, 2005.

 

○ The Venue for the Leaders' Meeting II (Nurimaru APEC House)
* Access is restricted until the 2005 APEC meeting is finished.
* Access to Dongbaek Island is restricted.(including the circular road) between Nov.14 and 19, 2005
