Outdoor Swimming Pools Opened for Summer

Outdoor swimming pools opened from July 24 – August 23 at Oncheoncheon Citizens Park, Yeonje-gu. Swimming is free of charge. Pool opening hours are from 11:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
Pool water is changed daily and lifeguards will be stationed.

Another outdoor swimming pool also opened for the summer season from July 28-August 30 at Samnak Ecological Park, Sasang-gu.
There is a 1,500 square-meter adult pool with 60 cm to 1.2 meter water depth, a 500 square-meter entertainment pool with 30 cm water depth, a 200 square-meter infant-only pool with 30 cm water depth and convenience facilities including changing rooms, parasols, restrooms, shaded areas and a medical room for swimmers’ safety.
Besides the children’s swimming pool, the park also has various family entertainment facilities, which are free of charge, and a fountain,.
Pool opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
How to get there: Walk 20 minutes from Sasang Station or Deokpo Station, Metro Line No. 2 or take Bus No. 123, 126 or 138-1 and get off at Samnak Ecological Park Bus Stop.
