To commemorate the hosting of the 10th Conference of the Ramsar Convention of Wetlands (10.28~11.4), which is scheduled to be held from October 28 to November 4, a traditional craftworks special exhibition is being held at the Nakdong Estuary Eco Center from September 9 to November 9.
The exhibition displays about 300 traditional goods and cultural crafts made with natural materials such as soil, wood and straw.
This special exhibition gives visitors the chance to retrace our traditional culture and life which coexisted with nature through craftworks that expressed the life and culture of the Nakdong Estuary and the sentiments of the Korean people who lived there through the use of soil, wood and straw.
In addition, visitors can explore some of the features and experience the special character of the Nakdong Estuary, including taking pictures in front of a traditional reed house (photo below) and birdwatching near the center.
