Busan Foundation for International Activities (BFIA) provided four semesters of Korean classes to help foreigners staying in Busan to learn Korean and thus improve their experience of life here.
Some 200 participants completed Beginner and Intermediate levels, as well as conversation classes and TOPIK classes.
A high level conversation class and TOPIK class were provided from last year following requests by foreigners seeking to improve their conversation skills and gain TOPIK test certification.
From this year, Korean classes will run for 12 weeks per semester, over 3 semesters, and participants can select their preferred level from Level 1(Basic) to Level 6(Advanced). The first semester of Korean classes in 2014 will run from Feb 10 to May 2. Applications will be accepted and Level Tests will be conducted Jan 20 - 24.
