Busan Appoints Global Real Estate Agencies for Foreigners

The City of Busan newly appointed a total of 12 ‘global real estate agencies’ on December 17, 2013.

In total, 25 Busan-based real-estate agencies applied for the designation from November 5-14, 2013. After a review process to test their language ability and real estate knowledge a total of seven agencies offering services in English, three in Japanese and two in Chinese were designated as global real estate agencies.

Previously, 19 real estate agencies (11 in English, 7 in Japanese, 1 in Chinese) had been operating under the designation since 2011.  The additional 12 new real-estate agencies began operations this December.
