Busan MERS Hotline Provides Multi-Language Service Starting June 18.

The City of Busan announced that it will offer multi-language service on its MERS hotline ((051)888-3333) to provide quick and accurate MERS-related information to non-Korean speakers residing in Busan.

 

Starting from June 18, it will provide interpreting services in 6 languages – English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Russian, Uzbek – 24 hours a day through the Call Center of the Busan Foundation for International Activities (BFIA).

Call (051) 888-3333 and you will be provided with a three-way interpreting service after a MERS hotline agent checks your language. An agent at the call center of the BFIA will interpret between the caller and a MERS hotline agent.
