Venue for APEC meeting : A yacht passes through the venue for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders’ Meeting to be held Nov. 18-19, Monday. The venue is under construction on the scenic Dongbaek Island, off the coast of Busan. The construction will be completed before early September.
