Jagalchi, the prestigious, number one national seafood market will newly reopen to the public.
It started reconstruction at the end of December 2003.
'Modernization Project'
Local government officials and architects say that the modernization project, with its new seagull shaped building, is not only increasing its size, but it is also a historical reconstruction project.
