Please remit the participation fee based on the US$         2. Please send a copy of receipt of the initial payment(50% of the participation fee)           and Business Certificate           3. Bank service charges should be paid by participants ■ Payment    ㆍDeposit : 50% of the total amount at the same time of application       ㆍBalance amount of the fee should be paid by Oct 31, 2005 Booth ■ Allocation Booth will be properly allocated by BEXCO in accordance with the order of application submitted, the nature of the exhibit, booth size applied or in the manner of BEXCO deems fit. BEXCO shall reserve the right to change the space allocated in case the circumstances require changes. Raw Space ㆍOccupying a fixed space, this should be equipped and decorated by each individual exhibitors. (available for more than 4 booths applied)    ㆍExhibitors should submit the booth design drawings for prior approval of BEXCO.
