Jury members examine the candidate costumes, one of which will be chosen for the 21 heads of state to wear during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Thursday. The APEC forum will be held in Busan in November.
