This is the realities that can come true in five years if things go smoothly.

Busan City has embarked upon building a ubiquitous city, a simulated city. The city is ready to make Busan a first ubiquitous city in the world, which would offer a springboard toward a new development.

As far as u-city, its device is the ultra-modern IT that citizens connect device with computer. One can apply the ultra-modern IT home networks, ports, transportations, tourism, convention, industry, and administration.

The city concluded a letter of intent with KT last March. It is scheduled to pour 1000billion won into the project until 2010. The city agreed to form u-city promotion committee and develop u-port, u-convention, and u-government.
