Busan is good

Winners of Korean Speech Contests invited to Busan from Feb 21 - 24.

The Busan Foundation for International Activities(BFIA) invited the winners of the Korean Speech Contests held abroad last November to Busan, from February 21 to 24.

Provided with the chance to experience Korean culture, take part in a home stay and go sightseeing around Busan, the two winners able to come this year were the winners of the Kaohsiung and Shimonoseki contests.

The BFIA supports these contests and invites the First Prize winners of each contest to Busan every year in order to motivate foreigners to learn Korean and to promote friendships between Busan's residents and the residents of its sisterhood cities.

The Kaohsiung contest was held for the first time in 2011, and was very enthusiastically received.
