Blossoming flowers announce the arrival of spring.
Forsythias have been bursting into bloom since March 16. Azaleas began to flower from March 18.
And the cherry blossoms are expected to start blooming from March 28 and peak at the beginning of April.
Spring flower festivals will be held throughout the city in March and April.
