Visitors look at various celebratory coins from other countries at the 25th Mint Directors Conference in Paradise Hotel Busan on Monday. The Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation won the bid for the conference after a tough competition against China. Korea has become the second Asian nation to host the event following Japan in 2002. Present at the conference were some 350 people from 48 nations, including central bank officials and representatives of coin minting machine companies.
