The Alliance Francaise Busan is holding a French Cultural Festival, “Les Rendez vous de Busan” starting April 24 until June 1.

As the Korea-France Cultural Exchange Festival, this festival will feature a total of 9 events including 3 exhibitions, 2 musical concerts, 2 French food experiences, a French film festival and French book fairs for a month.

 

The French author Nicolas Pilard’s exhibition entitled “A Curious Book” opened at the Art Museum of Kyungsung University on April 24. The works displayed show a notable originality of ideas, such as a motion sketch of a surgical operation.

 

Quatuor Diotima’s concert on April 29, at 7:30 p.m. at Haeundae Cultural Center and a guitar recital by Thibault Cauvin on May 20, at 7:30 p.m. at Kyungsung University Concert Hall will provide wonderful opportunities for enjoying French music.
