1. Outline

◦  Application due by April 30, 2008 until 6pm

◦    - Announcement of Draft Exam : 6(Tue.) May, 6pm

◦  Qualifying round : May 16(Fri.) 2pm, BFIA(1st floor. of Cityahll)

◦  Final Selection : 30(Fri.) May, 2pm, Grand Auditorium at City Hall

◦  Eligibility : Busan Citizen(Korean) over 18 years old who lived in foreign countries

◦    less than 3 years

◦  Topics : Any topics about Busan

◦  Your speech should under 4 minutes in length

◦  Hosted by Busan Metropolitan City

◦  Supervised by Busan Foundation for International Activities

2. Prizes

◦  1 First Place : ￦3,000,000

◦  1 Second Place : ￦2,000,000

◦  2 Third Place : ￦1,000,000/each

◦  3 Fourth Place : ￦500,000/each

◦  2 Special Prize : Testimonial (by Consulate of the United States of America)
