Busan Transportation Corporation has launched a mobile website: http://m.humetro.busan.kr in four languages - Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese.
In addition to comprehensive metro information including metro station phone numbers, metro time tables, fares, maps and transfer information, the mobile site also features the location of tourist information centers in Busan and tourist information related to sites near metro stations. There is also a metro direction-finding section: visitors simply select their departure and arrival station, and the site will show the shortest path, transfer information with the metro map, timetables, and fares.
The president of Busan Transportation Corporation, Bae Tae-soo said, “With the launch of the mobile website, we will also continue to provide the paper versions of metro information for those without access to a smart phone or the internet.”
