Busan Global Center's general counseling center (the Call Center) is performing an important role in helping foreigners living in Busan.
It provides easy access to a variety of real-life information, addressing many of the difficulties that face foreign residents living here, and is provided in many languages.
The call center is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and offers a counseling service in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Uzbek, and Russian. Expert counseling on labor, law, tax, and real estate matters is also available. The Call Center dealt with 7,000 consultations from foreign residents in 2011.
