Busan City is holding the 10th Digital Video Contest from October 1 to October 31, as part of its project to expand visual culture and communication and to enhance the city’s status as a global hub city of visual culture.

 

Participants can create any kind of UCC (User Created Content) format or digital animation. Competition entries can focus on the hidden charms of Busan including its food, history and culture, as well as the personal stories of Koreans and foreign residents in Busan. 

 

This contest is open to all Korean nationals and registered foreign residents in Korea.

 

Participants can submit their work on CD or DVD with their application form, statement and description of their work via postal mail or by visiting in person. The application form and statement can be downloaded from the BADA TV website at www.badatv.com.

 

Eighteen awards will be given away including the Grand Prize of 3,000,000 won, and 1,000,000 won for the Second Prize. The winning works will be broadcast through BADA TV.
