To boost bilateral trade and economic cooperation, Busan Mayor Suh Byung-soo met Iranian Ambassador Hassan Taherian on March 11, 2016 in the international protocol room on the 7th floor of Busan City Hall. They celebrated the April opening of a bureau in Asia of the International Zurkhaneh Sports Federation. The bureau will promote cultural events and other exchange programs between Iran and Busan.
