Domoheon, Welcoming its 400,000 Guest, Hosts Year-End Family Love Celebration
□ The 2025 Domoheon Year-End Family Love Celebration is slated for December 24th and 25th, 2025, to spread the joy of holiday festivities.
○ Commemorating over 400,000 cumulative patrons (as of December 14) just one year and three months after opening, the celebration invites families to unwind and appreciate culture together as the year draws to a close.
○ Domoheon will extend its operating hours until 21:00 on the 24th for night enjoyment and remain open on the 25th.

□ A rich selection of creative experiences will entertain children and adults alike.
○ ▲ A family musical filled with festive warmth and ▲ a Christmas concert featuring sweet melodies will be staged in the main building. ▲ Snapshots with Boogi, Busan’s public outreach character, ▲ folk game booths, ▲ interactive workshops—mug-making, bead crafts, and calligraphy—and ▲ a flea market will also take place.
□ The entire lineup is free of charge, though some events require advanced booking.
○ ▲ The family musical and ▲ Christmas concert must be reserved online at busan.go.kr/domoheon, whereas other sessions may be attended on-site.
□ Domoheon will stay open until 22:00 on December 30th and 31st for those wishing to bid farewell to 2025 in a tranquil, artistic atmosphere. Various offerings will carry on into early next year, leveraging the many delights of Domoheon.
○ [Winter Illumination] At Sosopung Garden, Busan’s first ‘Everyday Garden’, reed and starry lights set the scene for a cozy promenade. Inside the main building, towering Christmas trees and tasteful winter decorations on the first and second floors will present picturesque photo spots through the end of January 2026.
○ [Sosopung Lounge] The first-floor exhibition hall of the main building will be equipped with seating, tables, and books.
○ [Media Facade] Between January and February 2026, a media facade will bathe the exterior of the main building, visually narrating Domoheon’s history, evolution, and harmony by means of projections and accompanying performances—making it a must-see attraction.

A luminous landscape capturing the magic of winter

○ Venue: Front gate, main building, and lawn garden
○ Highlights: Radiant lawn garden and Christmas trees inside the main building
