To spotlight the slogan that captures Busan’s transformation—'Neul. No. Pul. Busan’—and gather fresh, inspiring ideas from the public, the 2025 Busan YouTube Contest: Find Neul. No. Pul. Busan! is now open to Korean citizens and registered foreigners. We look forward to your interest.

① Neul-i-go: What has increased in Busan?
Example: international tourists, investments, jobs, green spaces
② No-pi-go: What has improved in Busan?
Example: happiness index, city brand value & reputation (#1 in children’s quality of life, #2 in Asia on the Smart City Index)
③ Pul-eot-da: What has been resolved within Busan?
Example: Approval of three new Nakdonggang bridges (Daejeo, Eomgung, Sasang), Sajik Baseball Stadium reconstruction, Hadan-Noksan Line development, and seven other long-pending projects
Eligibility: Korean nationals and registered foreign residents (individuals or groups)
