□ The city of Busan has unveiled the second line-up for the “2023 Busan International Rock Festival,” Korea’s longest-running rock music festival held in Samnak Ecological Park Oct. 7 – 8.
□ The second line-up released today includes 19 bands from nine countries: ▲The Kid LAROI ▲New Hope Club ▲10-FEET ▲IDIOTAPE ▲Glen Check ▲CHS ▲FTISLAND ▲Nulbarich ▲Young K (DAY6) ▲Ha Hyunsang ▲Band Nah ▲jisokuryClub ▲Band Batu ▲Tilly Birds ▲SKIPJACK ▲Die From Sorrow ▲flu ▲L8ching ▲COPAK.
○ Nine of these bands are overseas musicians: ▲Gen-Z representative and Australian artist “The Kid LAROI”, who peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard charts for seven weeks ▲ British trio “New Hope Club” ▲Japanese rock band “10-FEET”, heroes of “Slam Dunk” fever ▲Japan’s signature pop rock band “Nulbarich” ▲Thai trio “Tilly Birds” ▲Chinese heavy metal band “Die From Sorrow” ▲Manila-based Filipino punk band “flu” ▲Taiwanese singer song-writer “L8ching” ▲Hong Kong’s synth pop band “COPAK”.
□ Official tickets for the Busan International Rock Festival are sold at “Yes24Ticket” for 110,000 KRW for 1 day and 165,000 KRW for the two days. The early-bird tickets sold out in five minutes.
○ For the convenience of domestic visitors to the Busan International Rock Festival, low-cost shuttle buses will run from major metropolitan areas, including Seoul, to the venue. A shuttle bus seat can be reserved on “Kakao T”.
