The 11th annual Swedish Film Festival, which began with Queen Silvia of Sweden’s opening in 2012, will take place starting Wednesday, September 14, in 5 cities in Korea. This year’s event will be held under the theme of “Value of solidarity with freedom of expression, democracy and equality.”
The 11th Swedish Film Festival will showcase a total of 7 Swedish films.
The festival is scheduled to be held from September 14 to 25, 2022 and will take place in Busan, Seoul, Gwangju, Incheon and Daegu.

The 11th SWEDISH Film Festival is being held at the Busan Cinema Center from September 14 to 20.
Along with the opening film, <Tigers> (2021, Ronnie Sandahl), a total of 7 new films will be screened during the festival, including 3 feature films and 4 documentaries.
This event will provide viewers with insight into Sweden, so that they can get to know more about Sweden’s present look and the primary values in their lives.
