The 5th Busan Inter-City Film Festival Takes Place from September 3rd to 5th

The Busan Inter-City Film Festival will take place at the Busan Cinema Center from September 3rd to 5th for three days.
The film festival is hosted and organized by the Busan Independent Film Association. Every year, the Busan Inter-city Film Festival has been produced and shown off collaborative works from the Film Production Residency Project with the cooperation of other creative cities since 2017.
Twenty-seven unique and appealing films from 14 countries have been submitted this year, despite the limitations imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As part of the UNESCO Creative City of Film Busan project, the Busan Independent Film Association supported the “Inter-City Residency Film Production” by collaborating with other creative cities.
Last Spring, the Busan Independent Film Association selected two directors, Lee Seong-wook (Busan) and Jang Byung-ki (Daegu), for the “2021 Busan Inter-City Residency Film Production” project.
“The Summer of Love” directed by Lee Seong-Wook and “Mr. Jang” directed by Jang Byung-ki are going to be presented to the public for the first time during the 5th edition of the Busan Inter-City Film Festival from September 3rd to 5th.
