From February 2nd to 6th, a series of events will take place across Busan, allowing family members, friends and loved ones to experience traditional Seollal activities firsthand.
There will be chances to try folk games, such as tuho, yut-nori (a stick-tossing board game) and the top-spinning paengi chigi game from February 2 to 6 from 10:00 a.m.. to 5:00 p.m. at Busan Citizens Park, Songsanghyeon Square and Children’s Grand Park.
Traditional performances, including a puppet show and fusion Gukak are scheduled for:
Feb. 2 to 4 at 3:00 p.m. at Busan Citizens Park
Feb. 6 at 4:00 p.m. at Children’s Grand Park
They are all free Seollal events for everyone to come and enjoy.
