120 Call Center for Foreigners

Busan City Hall 

 

The 120 Call Center provides a specialized foreign-language consultation service for foreign residents and visitors to Busan.

Service languages: Korean, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Russian, Uzbek

Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday

Consultation topics: legal issues, wages, employment, immigration, various practical matters

○ The foreign-language call center service is operated by Busan Global Center

How to use the call center

In Busan using a landline: dial 120

In Korea using a mobile phone: 051 + 120

From overseas: + 82 + 51 + 120

 

Dial 051-120 (extension 7 for foreign language service) or dial 1577-7716 → Follow ARS recorded messages → Press the corresponding numbers for Korean (0), English (1), Chinese (2), Vietnamese(3), Indonesian (4), Russian, Uzbek (5)
