The Dongcheon Ginkgo Tree Street Fall Foliage Festival is taking place on the 740-meter long ginkgo tree street between NC Department Store in Seomyeon and the Sharp Central Star Apt. from December 1 to December 9.
The golden yellow leaves of the ginkgo tree cover the ground of the street. Visitors can enjoy the late yellow autumn foliage with an art market and street gallery featuring the work of youth artists taking place on the street.
The art market that stretches from Seomyeon NC Department Store to Norimaru, the former Jungang Middle School, features about 60 booths offering handmade products. It opens from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. weekdays and noon to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
