Busan Metropolitan City Website Satisfaction Survey Welcome to the Busan Metropolitan City Website Satisfaction Survey. The purpose of this survey is to find out whether the city’s website is meeting the information needs of its users. Please help us improve the website by completing our Website Customer Satisfaction Survey. Answering the questions below should only take a few minutes. Your participation will help us ensure that our website is useful, accurate, and complete. Your comments and suggestions are very important to us. ○ Survey period: Thursday, November 1, 9:00 a.m. ～ Friday, November 30, 6:00 p.m. ○ Eligibility: All website visitors ○ Prizes: Participants residing in Korea: mobile gift certificate valued at 15,000 won(20 winners) Participants residing abroad: City of Busan souvenir (10 winners) ※ Winners will be selected at random (except Korean) ○ Announcement: Prizewinners will be announced on (Fri.)
