Entering its 14th year, the global game exhibition, G-STAR 2018 will be held over 4 days from (Thu) November 15, 2018 to (Sun) November 18, 2018 at BEXCO. G-STAR 2018 is hosted by the Korea Association of Game Industry and sponsored by the G-STAR Organizing Committee and the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency.

Busan has been the host city of G-STAR for 10 straight years since 2009. Under the slogan, “Let Games be Stars”, 2,966 booths from 689 game-related companies from 36 countries around the globe will participate in the exhibition and introduce their new and representative games.

 

G-STAR 2018 is composed of the BTC Exhibition Hall, which includes the Online Game Zone, Mobile Game Zone, Arcade Game Zone, Board Game Zone, Console Game Zone, and the SME Zone. The BTB Exhibition comprises the Game Company Stand, International Zone, Business Matching Program, and the Export Conference. Additional events, including the conference, Game Invest Market, G-Star 2018 Cosplay awards, events commemorating the 10-year anniversary of hosting G-Star and the game industry job fair, as well as the Korea Game Awards and e-Sports event, will be held concurrently throughout the event, providing greater satisfaction and fun to participating companies, buyers, and visitors. 

 

33 Busan-based gaming companies will showcase content from 51 games at the exhibition, including ‘Operation 7 Revolution’ by Park ESM, ‘Infinite Stairs’ by NFLY STUDIO and ‘The Door’ by You Can Star. The BIC showcase in the exhibition will also feature indie games from 40 indie game companies/teams who participated in the Busan Indie Connect Festival 2018.
