Busan Appoints Additional Global Real Estate Agencies for Foreigners

The City of Busan appointed 20 new global real estate agencies in December 2017.
This is part of the city’s efforts to establish a more convenient living environment for foreign residents in Busan and nurture global real estate experts.
54 Busan-based real estate agencies applied for the designation in October. After a review process that tested language ability and real estate knowledge, nine agencies offering services in English, eight in Japanese and three in Chinese were designated as global real estate agencies.
Along with the previously appointed 34 global real estate agencies, they began operations with their new distinction December 2017.
