Songjeong Beach is a hot spot for surfers in Busan. The beach has all the best conditions for surfing including the great waves for surfing, year-long breezes, not too deep water, and warm water temperature. Popular among surfers, the beach has surf shops and surf schools that offer surf classes even for beginners.

• Stay within designated swimming areas marked by buoys.
• Heed lifeguards’ instructions.
• Camping, cooking, and commercial activities are prohibited on the beach.
• Motorcycles, electric mobility devices, and bicycles are prohibited on the promenade.
• Fireworks and smoking are prohibited.
• Keep pets on a leash and clean up after them.
• Recreational watercraft are prohibited within swimming zones.

• Fishing is prohibited.
