Jin Air Donates KRW 30 Million to Support Social Welfare Centers in Busan

The City of Busan (Mayor Park Heong-joon) held a donation ceremony on April 7 at 11:00 AM at the International Reception Room in Busan City Hall, where Jin Air Co., Ltd. donated KRW 30 million to support local social welfare centers.

The event was attended by:

Jin Air’s donation of KRW 30 million was delivered via the Community Chest of Korea, to be allocated across four social welfare centers in Busan:

• ●KRW 10 million to replace air conditioning units at Namgwang Welfare Center and Geumgok Welfare Center

• ●KRW 10 million for kitchen equipment replacement at Mollundae Welfare Center

• ●KRW 10 million for food and daily necessities at Jeonpo Welfare Center to support vulnerable residents during the summer

Founded in 2008, Jin Air is one of Korea’s leading low-cost carriers (LCCs) and is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility through a wide range of community outreach activities.

Jin Air has consistently participated in initiatives such as the “Hope Sharing Campaign”, and has contributed through:
