Busan City’s 17 Public Institutions to Hire Record 320 Employees in the First Half of 2025 - Online Applications Open from April 17

Busan Metropolitan City announced that 17 city-affiliated public institutions will collectively hire 320 new employees in the first half of 2025—the largest recruitment drive in the city’s history.

The 320 positions being offered this spring are an increase from the 300 positions offered in the same period last year. This year’s recruitment includes 9 newly created positions at the recently established Busan Technology Startup Investment Institute.

Each applicant may apply to only one position and one institution. Multiple applications to different institutions or positions are not allowed.

Application & Exam Information

Details including job categories and test subjects will be available on the integrated recruitment website and on the websites of each public institution starting April 3 at 2:00 PM.

• ●Written Test Date: May 17 (Saturday)

• ●Test Results Announcement: May 28 (Wednesday) at 2:00 PM via the recruitment website

• ●Following the written exam, successful candidates will undergo an online personality assessment (May 28–30), followed by document screening and interviews at the individual institutions.

Busan City has conducted integrated written examinations since 2021 to ensure fairness and transparency in the recruitment of public institution employees.
