Busan Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Establishment of the Special Account for National Housing Project
- Article 1 (Purpose)
- The purpose of this Ordinance is to prescribe the matters required for the establishment and management of the Special Account for National Housing Project for the clear management of the revenue and expenditure under the Urban Traffic Improvement Promotion Act, the Parking Lot Act, the Passenger Transport Service Act, Truck Transport Business Act, and the Ordinance on the Establishment of the Busan Metropolitan Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation”).
- Article 2 (Annual Revenue) (1) The Busan Metropolitan City Special Account for National Housing Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Account”) shall be as follows:

- 1. Revenue sources under Article 73 (2) 1-7 of the Housing Act;
- 2. The amount of money equal to 40/100 of the one attributed to Busan Metropolitan City among rebuilding charges under Article 4 of the Restitution of Excess Rebuilding Gains Act;
- 3. The funds from other accounts; and
- 4. Other revenues.
- (2) Such insignificant matters as prescribed by the ordinance of the local government under Article 12 (3) of the Act and Article 4 (2) of the Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Building (hereinafter referred to as the “Decree”) shall be the matters falling under Article 1 (5)to (11). - Article 3 (Annual Expenditure)

Annual expenditure of this Account shall be as follows:
- 1. Expenses necessary for the construction of the national housing and its site;
- 2. Expenses necessary for the construction of supplementary facilities and welfare facilities inside the national housing development;
- 3. Repayment of loans from the national housing fund, etc.;
- 4. Expenses necessary for research on housing;
- 5. Expenses necessary for the management and operation for national housing;
- 6. Expenses required to supply the national rental housing; and
- 7. Other expenses for the operation of the special account.
- Article 4 (Provisions Applicable Mutatis Mutandis)
- Except as provided in this Ordinance, the provisions concerning the practices of general account shall apply mutatis mutandis to the management and operation of this Account.
