BUSAN METROPOLITAN CITY ORDINANCE ON THE SESSION OF BUSAN METROPOLITAN COUNCIL
- Article 1 (Purpose)
- The purpose of this Ordinance is to prescribe the session of Busan Metropolitan Council under Article 38 and 41 of the Local Autonomy Act and Article 19-4 of its Enforcement Decree.
- Article 2 (Period of Session)
- The annual session period of Busan Metropolitan Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") shall be for not more than 120 days: Provided, That the President of the Council may prolong the session after consultation with representative members of each negotiating party.
- Article 3 (Session)

The regular session shall be convened as follows:
- 1. The first regular session: the 19th of June each year: Provided, That the convocation under the proviso of Article 19-4 (1) of Enforcement Decree of the Local Autonomy Act shall be determined by the resolution of the Council; and
- 2. The second regular session: the 21st of November each year.
- Article 5 (Operation of Session)
- Necessary matters concerning the operation of the session shall be prescribed by regulation of the Council.
