Welcome to the Busan Metropolitan City Website Satisfaction Survey. The purpose of this survey is to find out whether the city’s website is meeting the information needs of its users. Please help us improve the website by completing our Website Customer Satisfaction Survey. Answering the questions below should only take a few minutes. - Participants residing abroad: Busan City Souvenirs (10 winners) ※ Winners will be selected at random (except Korean)
