BTS THE CITY ARIRANG BUSAN WELCOME CENTER #Check-in Busan

□ Busan Metropolitan City, in partnership with the Busan Tourism Organization, runs BTS THE CITY ARIRANG BUSAN WELCOME CENTER #Check-in Busan at Building B of Busan Eurasia Platform from June 5 to 21, 2026.

○ The Welcome Center serves as a hospitality and experiential tourism hub for fans and visitors. It is also one of the official stamp rally locations in HYBE’s BTS THE CITY project.

○ Regular operating hours are from 10:00 to 20:00. During the peak period from June 10 to 16, closing hours are extended to 22:00.

○ ‘Check-in Busan’ reflects the idea of visitors beginning their journey in Busan by stopping first at the Welcome Center to receive travel guidance and assistance while engaging with BTS music and tourism content.

□ To support visitors in starting their trips with ease, the Welcome Center provides tourism information as well as luggage storage and delivery services.

○ Comprehensive information on destinations, transportation, eateries, festivals, and participatory programs, along with event schedules and related resources, is accessible.

○ Luggage storage and delivery fees are the same as those at Busan Station. During concert days, discounted storage rates apply, allowing attendees to navigate Busan more conveniently.

□ A variety of immersive offerings await guests, such as Stage Zone, K-Beauty Zone, Photoism, Busan Tour Zone, and Google Gemini AI Booth.

○ Stage Zone is centered on dancing, singing, and listening activities utilizing BTS music and video materials.

○ At K-Beauty Zone, personal styling experiences are available; Photoism ensures commemorative photo opportunities using exclusive frames.

○ Busan Tour Zone offers personalized content through travel-type assessments and hands-on games. At Google Gemini AI Booth, an AI-powered docent suggests routes based on individual preferences.

○ Busan’s public outreach character, Boogi, makes appearances at the Welcome Center from June 11 to 14. During the peak period (June 10–16), BTS THE CITY Arirang Random Play Dance invites fans to celebrate together.

□ When the Welcome Center is in operation, accompanying events take place at Busan Station Plaza and Gimhae International Airport.

○ From June 5 to 21, a five-meter-tall ‘K-POP Listener Boogi’ photo installation greets inbound tourists at Busan Station Plaza.

○ From June 12 to 13, local products and municipal initiatives are introduced at Busan pop-ups near Busan Station. Outdoor showcases from the Busan International Dance Festival, creative performances inspired by intangible heritage, and live busking by homegrown artists are also staged.

○ Arirang-themed performances—Miryang Baekjung Nori, Gamnae Gejul Danggigi, and presentations by the Miryang Arirang Arts Troupe—enhance the atmosphere of ‘Arirang Busan’ at Busking Plaza on the second floor of Busan Station on June 12 and 13.

○ From June 8 to 14, a landmark photo zone and a lucky draw with traditional lucky pouches are set up in the first-floor arrivals hall of Gimhae International Airport.
